It will be. Kitchen tables, kettles, people talking over each other — that's the normal case and it's what we built for. If a passage is genuinely unintelligible we leave it out rather than guess at it.
The processing takes minutes. A person then checks every name in the book against the recording before it reaches you, so allow a few days. That check is not optional and not automated.
Yes. It's their story, not our draft. Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it — though we won't quietly smooth out the parts where they contradicted themselves, because that's how people actually remember.
